I am building a water/moisture retaining wall to block moisture from the enclosed garage. I am using cinder blocks with masonary waterproofing paint. ** I want to also put two coats of some type of rubberized paint/coating on the blocks to put an extra protection against water/moisture seepage. Any recommendations? I have looked at the AUTOMOBILE rubberized Rustoleum spray and roofing silicone paint. Any recommendations on long lasting substance to use?

Your Home or hardware store has this material..it looks like tar but is much better than the old product. It must be put on clean dry surface.
Tell them exactly what you need.
we coat concrete roofs with elastomeric coatings often here in south florida. the roofs take a lot of abuse and this coating supplied by sherwin williams warranties their coating for ten years http://www.uniflexroof.com/
here’s some other good elastomeric coatings, they bond to concrete very well and create a “rubberized” surface.
